Last Blog post of 2025! Important Dates for January: Jan. 5 - First day back! Jan. 22 - Mr. Pretzel Treat Day/Opa Fun Lunch (order at healthyhunger.ca) Jan. 30 - No School - Non-Instruction Day This week in writing, we were busy working on both story writing and procedural writing. In story writing, students focused on using strong story beginnings - ask your student what a strong story beginning entails! They were encouraged to use dialogue, descriptive language and ensure that they included details that were interesting for their reader! When we return in January, we will be finishing these up by editing and revising and sharing them with our peers! Gym was a blast this week with students practicing their balance, coordination, team work and strategy skills to complete Toy grab!
